The latest X-Trail features stylish gold rimmed spoked wheels in the traditional 21” front and 18” rear, shod with mixed profile tyres for good on and off road performance, as well as a perfect enduro stance. The new 43mm front forks come from off-road specialists Fast Ace, and are adjustable for rebound and compression, while there is also a new reinforced rear swingarm with an improved and more progressive linkage.
Like its predecessors, the X-Ride Trail utilises Mash’s 644cc single-cylinder, dry sump, engine. The classic air/oil cooled design features a cylinder head with four radial valves and produces 40bhp. The X-Ride Trail also utilises a new high level off-road exhaust for weight savings over previous generation X-Rides.
Completing the retro enduro look, the 2023 X-Ride Trail features a new high level front mudguard and a practical rear rack, which are contrasted by modern LED lights and a handy built in USB charging port.
The 2023 Mash X-Ride 650 Trail will be available from Mash dealerships from October, priced £5,599 (excluding on the road charges) and comes with a two-year, unlimited mileage, warranty on parts and labour.
